Areas of Service
Home detention
After the court approves our services to fulfill the home detention order, our team will set an arrangement for equipment installation. Once the defendant has been serviced, our team will send the court an enrollment letter, followed with any violations that took place, and finally a completion letter at the end of the sentence. At the point of service, one of our team members will meet your client at the jail at point of release. We monitor your clients around the clock, with no exception, by utilizing our 24/7 live monitoring center. While on service, work release can be ordered along with home detention. Through our program, your client will be afforded the chance to work, 2 hours per week of personal time for banking, grocery shopping, etc. Whatever the court order states, we will follow strictly.
Alcohol Monitoring
Our program is designed for both DUI and private cases. We offer multiple devices that will fit both your clients court ordered and personal needs.Your client will be allowed to prove that they are capable of staying in compliance with community standards. Between our face recognition and time sensitive software, we can guarantee the highest amount of accountability. Any violation that is recorded is immediately rendered to GPS staff and/or any previously designated person that requires the information.
Pretrial
Pretrial Monitoring allows offenders with limited financial resources to return to their homes to await trial, rather then spend weeks or months in custody. Pretrial monitoring also reduces costs for housing the defendant. While out with an ankle monitor, the court will have 24/7 access to defendant's location and compliance. Defendants will be able to actively partake in their own defense strategy by attending voluntary alcohol/drug meetings, pro-active offense-specific programs and demonstrate to the court that they are not threats to community safety that will be productive citizens.
Probation
Low risk offenders are perfect candidates for our low risk Shadow Monitors; however if a higher level of trust remains to be earned, a ReliAlert is still optional. The offender can be afforded the comfort and discreteness of a smaller device all while being covered by our teams premium services. They are able to integrate back into society in an honest way due to the enhanced supervision the assigned probation officer will have. We allow for officers to dictate not only enforceable curfews but exclusions/inclusion zones. If an officer has reason to believe the offender should abstain from certain locations, they now have the ability to do so. Any violation the offender has will immediately be reported to the probation officer in whatever fashion they prefer i.e. text/call/email. Our live monitoring center is fully staffed at all times.
Juvenile
Our ankle monitoring devices will keep track of your child at all times. The device is the most durable in the industry, and our team will be notified immediately if the child attempts to remove it. If your child attempts to sneak out at night a notification can instantly be alerted to our team and any selected person chosen by the parent. You have the option to set an inclusion zone around the home/school and set an alarm to the bracelet so that you will be alerted the second they sneak away. This device is also great at keeping your juvenile accountable and deter any possible further issues. Know where your child is at all times. Feel more comfortable letting them leave with their friends. With the click of a mouse, you will always know were they are.
Bail Bond
Using an ankle monitor is a useful tool to help indemnitors have confidence in placing collateral to secure their loved ones bond. We understand that securing is paramount. We are watching your investment 24/7. Using a minimum of 8 GPS satellites, we know where your client is within 8 feet at all times. Using an ankle monitor also minimizes the constant need for recovery agents as we keep eyes on your client. Generally the defendant and/or indemnity pay for the monitoring as a condition of their bond release. Bail Reduction – in many cases, at bail reduction proceedings, the courts will accept a lower bond given the assurances that the defendant is secured with a state-of-the-art monitoring and highest security device.
